In addition to Rotebro IBK, 19 other teams played in Pojkar Röd C (2006-2007). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Rotebro IBK could be found in Group A together with Danderyds SK, IBK Runsten P07 and IK Sirius FBC.
Rotebro IBK made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group A. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Rosersberg Arlanda IBK P05/07 with 5-8.
